Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled either from our USA fulfillment center or from our global fulfillment partners. The shipping origin for each product is clearly shown on the product page before purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

Shipping availability depends on the product. Items fulfilled from our USA warehouse ship within the United States only, while globally fulfilled items may be shipped internationally. Supported countries are listed on each product page.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on the shipping origin and destination. USA-fulfilled items arrive faster within the United States, while global fulfillment involves longer transit times. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your delivery at any time from your order confirmation or from our Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. For full details, please see our Refund and Return Policy.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?

Yes. Non-defective items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us at support@swevva.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once processing is completed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can shop with confidence using secure payment partners supported by our Shopify Payments system. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Klarna , PayPal, and secure digital wallet methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through Shopify Payments and trusted gateways such as PayPal. We do not store or have access to any sensitive payment details.

When will my order be processed?

Once your order is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment system and is packaged within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

My payment failed what should I do?

If your payment doesn’t go through, please:
• Try another payment method
• Ensure billing details match your card issuer’s records
• Refresh the page or try again on another device
If the issue continues, reach out to your bank or contact us for assistance.

Product Information

Are your products safe for children?

Yes. We only work with trusted partners and require every children’s product to meet recognized safety standards including non-toxic materials and smooth finishes. If an item includes age recommendations (like “2+”), please follow them for safe use.

Will I receive what I see in the pictures?

Yes, all product images represent real items. Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, but quality and features remain the same.

Do you provide product instructions?

Many of our products include instructions in the package or directly on the product page. If you ever need help, just contact us and we will provide guidance.

What if a product is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable, it may temporarily disappear from your region. Please check back soon or contact us, we can let you know once it’s restocked.
