We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos or video so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

This right does not affect your additional 30-day return eligibility under this policy.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in working with the carrier.
