How Shipping Works at SWEVVA

At SWEVVA, we work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible so your little one can start learning, creating, and playing sooner.

All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment locations and shipped to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Information

Estimated delivery times are displayed on product pages and during checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on the product and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order through our order tracking page at any time.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@swevva.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help investigate with the carrier.
